Best Place for Your TV

Television has been a must-have electronic appliance at home. It is difficult to find a house without any television, even some of them has more than two televisions. This magic box is firstly sold for public in 1930`s, and then rapidly developed in the late 20th century. Television has been the most important invention ever.

For some people, they even cannot leave the TV even for a day. They would watch TV at least only an hour or two a day. For this case, of course we need an appropriate place to put the television. In addition, to the comfort factor and safety also, because of television is including an electronic appliance. If we are not putting the television in the appropriate place, it can affect to our health. Tired eyes, shoulder or back pain, even some get a headache. To avoid the health problems during watch television, these following should be considered in the placement of television at home.

When you decide to purchase some TV stand or buffet, consider of the eye level provided by the furniture chosen. The eye level determines where you should put your TV. A low table or TV stand can be chosen if the living room does not use chairs or sofa, which is similar to the Japanese living room, because the eye level in this particular living room is lower. On the other hand, cabinet, buffet or other similar wood furniture enable to use when it is a modern living room. Sitting on the chair or sofa raise the eye level thus, you need higher furniture to put your TV on.  The accurate eye level will add convenience while we watch TV as well does not give a bad effect on our health.

Just like what mother said to us, “keep your eyes away from the TV!” well, she always knows better, doesn’t she? Eye fatigue is one of the most frequently perceived impact when we watch TV whether it is too close or too far. Therefore, it should have an ideal distance between eyes and screen. Avoid facing the light source as well. This position causes the television screen directly confront the incoming sunlight. As a result, the image on the television screen are not clear because the reflection of sunlight. Thus, it becomes uncomfortable to watch TV. An adequate light is required. We could have a headache and fatigue eyes when we watch television in a dark room, as the light from TV screen can be felt too strong for the eyes. Of course, it is not good for our eyes health.
