Bed, the most private room in the house, need paid attention on comfortable aspect due to its function as sleeping place. The point of comfortable is to allow users rest immediately without any disturbance. Leisure obtained by using dim lighting, sheets or a soft bed cover. However, there are important things that often forgotten, which is the position of the bed. It may sound unimportant, but the incorrect positioning of bed can endanger health. That is why bed should not been placed in any place.
There are several bed positions that not recommended. First, do not put your bed in front of the door. The reason is the airflow moving toward directly to the body thus it can cause illness. Second, bed placement close to the wall adjacent to the bathroom not recommended. It may difficult when changing sheets, the wall color can be uneven because it closed the bottom of the bed. The wall close to the bathroom is humid and dangerous to health especially for lung.
Bed placement next to window is very dangerous for your asthma. The wind and dust or even smoke can came in through the window. Under the Air Conditioning is also dangerous for health. Air conditioning is providing cool air, but when exposed all night especially if the wind takes you directly to the head would cause headache all day. The best sleeping position is in the middle of the room with the headboard wall equipped with bedside tables on either side. However, if your room size is inadequate, keep a distance of about 40-60cm from the wall beside the bed. Put indoor furniture or wood furniture that can give warmth to your bedroom in order to get the optimal resting.
